Charlotte School of Law Complaint Form

Charlotte School of Law Complaint Form

If you attended Charlotte School of Law at any time, we’d like to hear from you.  Please fill out this specialized complaint form.  Students in attendance at CSL on November 2016 or later – who ultimately didn’t graduate – may be eligible for some type of loan relief.  Ultimately, the decision on loan relief will rest with the U.S. Department of Education.  If you attended CSL, but paid in cash or some form other than loans, we would still like to hear from you.

This situation is evolving, so check back for updates.

Tips for Recent CSL Students
  • Visit the U.S. Department of Education’s closed school information page and check back regularly for updates.
  • Be on the lookout for notices from the U.S. Department of Education about your rights, including applying for federal student loan relief.
  • If you are trying to transfer to another school, make sure to be an informed consumer.  Ask questions about how many credits will transfer, the total costs of their J.D. program, and their student outcomes (i.e. how many students pass the bar and get attorney jobs).
*Be advised that transferring will impact your eligibility for a closed school discharge.
