Governor Cooper Signs Executive Order to Prohibit Utility Disconnections in the Wake of COVID-19

On Tuesday, March 31, Gov. Roy Cooper signed an executive order to prohibit utility disconnections during the COVID-19 pandemic. Attorney General Josh Stein urged Gov.
