Integrating Communications, Assessment, and Tactics (ICAT) Train-the-Trainer

The Justice Academy is now certified to train officers in Integrating Communications, Assessment, and Tactics.

ICAT is a de-escalation program that was developed by the Police Executive Research Forum. This training provides officers with the tools, skills, and options they need to successfully and safely defuse a range of critical incidents. This training is available for all currently certified instructors. See the below flyer for future dates of the Train-the-Trainer sessions.
