With awareness growing and more resources being pushed on having sexual assault kits promptly tested, we wanted to share with you information that the Department of Justice has prepared on getting the unsubmitted sexual assault kits tested.

Below you will find a link that will go through the steps that you need to take to submit any kits that you have not already sent to the State Crime Lab or Vendor lab. Please pay close attention to which date range your Sexual Assault Evidence Collection kit was obtained, as each date range has different criteria.
