Fighting to Stop Robocalls

In August, Attorney General Josh Stein brought together a bipartisan, public/private coalition of 51 attorneys general and 12 phone companies to adopt the Anti-Robocall Principles, eight principles to fight robocalls through prevention and enforcement. This agreement between the phone companies and the attorneys general will help protect phone users from illegal robocalls and make it easier to investigate and prosecute bad actors.
